Web pages I create use a combination of XHTML,CSS,and
JavaScript so that they will pass XHTML STRICT and CSS Validation.
All Templates designed do not contain tables and pass validation out of the box. I
am not a graphics artist but am able to create very simple graphics for backgrounds
and some buttons. I can Help you transform your pre-existing webpage or website
so that it will validate.
